Steve Economos and George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial acted on behalf of both the buyer, an undisclosed private investor, and the seller, Burnham Lake Forest Associates.
The Lake Forest transaction marks the third Orange County office sale to be reported in the past week. It follows the acquisition of a 38,986-sf Anaheim office building by WLA Investments for $3.6 million and the sale of a 20,232-sf office facility in Aliso Viejo to private investor Kevin Orton for $4.1 million
