"This represents a significant transaction for suburban Boston and is indicative of investor confidence in the rebounding technology sector," says Campoli, noting that despite the current "negative rental market trends" the property's location and tenancy made it an attractive investment.
The buildings are situated on a 79-acre campus and among its tenants are Agilent Technologies, Vibren Technologies, and Nortel Networks. The three-story 90 Central was completed last year and comprises 174,585 sf. 80 Central Street is also three stories with 150,570 sf. The building was developed in 1988 and renovated in 1995.
