The Columbus, OH-based Nationwide will be setting up an office in 8,008 sf at 14511 Falling Creek Dr. in the FM 1960/Champions area. There are 29 Nationwide agents in the Houston area. Mike Boehler of the Houston office of the Staubach Co. handled the tenant side of the talks for the Falling Creek Drive lease.

Cornerstone Northchase Venture LP is the owner of the 20-year-old, 70,999-sf suburban office building. Mary Descant of Houston's Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, parent to the building owner, brokered its side of the deal. The 82%-occupied building leases for $14.50 per sf.

Cooney Rikard & Curtin, a wholesale insurance broker, reserved 6,490 sf at 11000 Richmond in Westchase. John O'Conner of the Real Estate Group in Houston structured the terms on the tenant's behalf.

Houston-based BMC Management owns the 115,784-sf office building. The 20-year-old building, 57% occupied, carries a quoted rate of $15.50 per sf. Steve Rocher and Kristin Porter, both with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., represent the building owner.
