Colliers' team will work with local brokers to bring in clients for the class-A office space.

Regus provides companies with cost-effective workspace that meets their business needs, Regus officials say.

Each center contains a client-driven mix of 120 workstations, meeting/conference rooms and common areas. All offices feature high-tech communications systems, Internet access and complete IT support.

"More and more companies are infusing flexibility into their property portfolio by outsourcing a percentage of their office space requirements, resulting in the reduction of their fixed costs" says Bob Gaudreau, executive vice president of Regus. "With the exposure that Colliers will provide us, area businesses will be able to leverage our established infrastructure and our global buying power to save money. In addition, ourflexible terms enable tenants to perfectly match their workspace needs with their business requirements."

This is Regus' first center in Michigan. Clients of the company include ExxonMobil, Microsoft, and even local software start-ups.
