Sunbury Letting Underlines Strength of West London Industrial Market

LONDON-One of the hottest industrial rents ever achieved in south-west London underlines the shortage of new development in the area as a Swedish electronics company takes a 33,000-sf unit beside the M3 in Sunbury.

John Izett, Director at letting agent Rogers Chapman said: "The demand remains high for first class industrial property in the West London area and quality refurbishments such as this quickly attract strong covenants such as MAR-COM. Form Developments got their timing spot on".
