The company will occupy the entire third floor of Building Two at Dry Creek Corporate Center.

"We chose Dry Creek Corporate Center because of its inviting, campus-style environment and its convenient location," says Donald E. Frette, president and CEO of Colorado Casualty. "In addition, the development provides plenty of expansion opportunities for our company."

Bob Milkovich, CarrAmerica managing director for Denver, adds: "We designed this newly constructed building with high-quality exterior finishes, a technologically advanced infrastructure and large, efficient floorplates. We are very pleased that these amenities meet Colorado Casualty's needs."

Completed in January, Dry Creek Corporate Center Two is a 93,000-sf, three-story office building. It sports a façade with large expanses of glass, high-capacity HVAC and electrical systems, flexible floor plans, mountain views and abundant parking.

Located east of the intersection of Dry Creek Road and I-25, the building is part of a 76-acre master planned office campus designed with redundant power and expansion options. Dry Creek Corporate Center Three, the first building in the campus to be completed, is fully occupied by AT&T Broadband.

Sergio Castaneda of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented CarrAmerica in the transactions. John Ash and Dan Miller of Fuller and Co. represented Colorado Casualty.
