DDR developed the 230,000-sf Phase I in 1995 and retainedownership of the portion that was not owned by the retirement fundor Target. DDR also owns the adjacent 231,000-sf Phase II, which itdeveloped in 1997. The developer manages the full 461,000-sfcenter.

Phase I tenants, in addition to Target, include Kohl's, Dick'sClothing and Sporting Goods, and DSW Shoe Warehouse. Phase II isanchored by Jo-Ann Stores, PetSmart, HH Gregg, and Value CityFurniture.

The Belden Park Crossings power center is located on I-77,across from the 800,000-sf Belden Village Mall, which is anchoredby Kaufmann's, Dillard's and Sears.
