According to the terms of the agreement, the new tenant will occupy 21,000 sf at 464 West Commonwealth. The transaction is valued at $1.3 million.

Established in 1924, Santa Ana-based Goodwill Industries of Orange County provides education, training, and employment services for people with disabilities and other barriers. It operates more than a dozen stores in Orange County, and the revenues from these locations are used to support the company's services. In addition, the stores are used as a venue for retail and merchandise training programs for clients that use Goodwill's services.
Aside from its newly leased retail space on West Commonwealth, Goodwill Industries of Orange County has two other stores in Fullerton. In addition, the company has retail locations in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Lake Forest, Orange, Santa Ana and Westminster.
