Lionfish Zushi, a sit-down sushi, signed a lease for 3,800 sf ina north suburban Northbrook location formerly occupied by Artie'srestauarant. Boston Market has leased 3,200 sf at RandhurstCrossing in northwest suburban Mount Prospect. In the West Loop,Panda Express has leased 2,800 sf at 209 W. Jackson Blvd. And OmahaSteaks has signed a lease for space on Harlem Avenue in westsuburban Oak Park.

Meanwhile, Starbucks increases its green-and-white presence inthe city with leases averaging 1,400 sf at the corner of RooseveltRoad and Wabash Avenue, 25 E. Washington St. and 1700 W. DivisionSt. The Seattle-based coffee chain now has nearly 200 locations inthe Chicago market. Baum Realty Group represents Starbucks in thismarket.
