Lionfish Zushi, a sit-down sushi, signed a lease for 3,800 sf in a north suburban Northbrook location formerly occupied by Artie's restauarant. Boston Market has leased 3,200 sf at Randhurst Crossing in northwest suburban Mount Prospect. In the West Loop, Panda Express has leased 2,800 sf at 209 W. Jackson Blvd. And Omaha Steaks has signed a lease for space on Harlem Avenue in west suburban Oak Park.
Meanwhile, Starbucks increases its green-and-white presence in the city with leases averaging 1,400 sf at the corner of Roosevelt Road and Wabash Avenue, 25 E. Washington St. and 1700 W. Division St. The Seattle-based coffee chain now has nearly 200 locations in the Chicago market. Baum Realty Group represents Starbucks in this market.
