The center will be built on a two-acre site in the nine-building Center Port Industrial Park in Pompano Beach. Completion is scheduled for August 2003.

Stiles designed and built Champion Motors' original 50,500-sf showroom on West Copans Road, Pompano Beach in 1987 and then added a 6,800-sf Audi showroom in 1998. In 1999, Stiles designed and built a 17,000-sf Race Shop for the Champion race team, a property that will be near the new sales/service structure.

Stiles Construction, a Stiles Corp. company, has grown its specialty automotive design/construction business to 2.4 million sf at 35 facilities over the past five years.

Stiles Construction is completing or has recently completed 700,000 sf of auto dealership space in the Southeast. Among the projects are Rick Case Honda and Davie Nissan/Volvo, both in Davie, FL; Alpine Jaguar, Fort Lauderdale; Expressway Toyota, Miami and Pompano, FL; Blount Honda, Leesburg, FL; and Honda Land, Tampa, FL.
