The development was pre-let to Pomona, which occupies 94,200 sf on a nine-year lease at a rent of €2,150,947 ($2.13 million) per annum, and Aventis Pharma, which occupies 96,200 sf on a nine-year lease at a rent of €2,202,390 ($2.18 million) per annum.
