Hotel Teatro will use the 14,987 sf space for its administrative offices.
Lawrence Street Center is considered a class-B office building. The 172,978-sf building has 14 stories.
Hotel Teatro subleased the floor from Matrix Bancorp Inc., which bought its own building at 17th and California streets in the heart of the Central Business District. Brad Rice and Tom Lee of the Frederick Ross Co. represented both sides in the transaction.
"It was a good deal," Lee tells GlobeSt.com. "The deal was for about $15 per sf. The lease was extended out to about 49 months.
