Scottsdale-based Linthicum Constructors Inc. is building the initial $2-million phase, which is set to include 12 structures. Some of the structures in the first phase include the Ranch House entryway, pro shop, golf maintenance facility, golf cart storage facility and two golf course comfort stations. The first 12 structures will deliver in August.
Talking Rock Ranch is designed with a Ranch Compound, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa, fitness center and restaurants. "Talking Rock Ranch will offer all of the modern-day amenities while paying homage to its historic roots," Gary Linthicum, president of the building company, said in a prepared statement. "With the community being almost completely surrounded by national forest, our goal is to not only preserve the landscape, but enhance it with structures that complement the environment."
Talking Rock is a project of Harvard Investments of Scottsdale. Swaback Partners, also of Scottsdale, are the architects.
