Exec Office Firm Inks $3.2M Lease for Expansion to LAX area

LOS ANGELES, CA-Irvine-based firm expands into the Los Angeles International Airport-Century Boulevard market.

Broker David Coe of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that the lease, at 6033 Century Blvd., is an expansion into the LAX-airport area market for REMC, an Irvine-based executive office leasing firm.

Coe represented REMC. Skyview Center is a two-building project, including an 11-story and a 12-story tower, owned by Los Angeles-based Arden Realty.
