Greenberg will be in the same role for the Boca Raton, FL-based investment firm's Florida family of retail locations. Southern owns and managers 3.7 million sf of shopping centers in Florida, Tennessee and Indiana. The firm also owns 2,800 rental apartment units in Florida.
At Muvico, Greenberg coordinated all lease and land purchase administration and managed contracts for providers, third-party litigation and company-wide OSHA compliance and standards.
Before arriving at Muvico, Greenberg also was a property manager for Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. where she supervised third-party management and operations of one million sf of office and retail properties in Dade, Broward and Monroe counties.
She earned a bachelor's degree in political science at Tulane University, New Orleans and studied at Tel Aviv University.
