NEW YORK CITY-Burton Resnick's 1.1 million-sf Downtown office tower secures the first mortgage financing, which was arranged by Singer & Bassuk with funding provided by Morgan Stanley. The 34-story class A office tower was built in 1984.

Andrew J. Singer, chairman & CEO of the Singer & Bassuk Organization and the firm and Scott A. Singer, executive vice president of the firm, arranged the transaction. Morgan Stanley's Principal Transactions Group provided the funding. Managing director Jim Flaum and vice presidents Chris Reilly and Kevin Swartz acted for Morgan Stanley.

The 34-story class A office tower was built in 1984 by Burton P. Resnick, chairman & CEO of Jack Resnick & Sons Inc. Corporate tenants include Prudential Securities, Guardian Life Insurance Company, United Aviation Underwriters Inc. and Reuters America Inc.
