Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities is the owner of the CBD building, a 674,246-sf, 12-story design in Crescent's three-million-sf Houston Center complex. Debbie Wilson, Crescent's vice president of leasing, brokered the talks with tenant representative, Marian Livingston of the Calibre Group.
RWE provides wholesale trading for the energy, coal, gas and oil industries. As in Europe, the company trades the commodities in both physical form and derivatives.
