The historic Pihl Brothers building, named after the owners, was built in 1911. It is a two-story, 3,300-sf office building, which will double the real estate company's office space. Offenbecher plans to renovate the building, which is located at Main Street and Meridian Street, but is interested in maintaining the building's historical look.

The plans for renovations include rewiring for updated technology, installing energy efficient windows, and changing the building's lighting, heating and plumbing. City officials view the company's investment in downtown Puyallup as a major step to the city's revitalization plan and hope that new business will follow.
