The relationship between Signature and Zyndorf/Serchuk spans two decades. The two firms have cooperated on numerous deals in the past, and the principals began discussing a partnership in late December.
"The more we talked, the more we realized we were one and the same," says Sam Zyndorf, managing partner of his company.
Effective today, Zyndorf/Serchuk becomes part of the Signature family. Sam Zyndorf, named senior vice president, as well as the entire 16-member staff, will remain in the Toledo office to continue serving their existing clients. Gordon expects additional positions will be created once the firms solidify their relationship.
