Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Justin Carlson, all of the Phoenix office for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., represented Normal Junction's owner, Darrow Trust, as well as the tenant in the lease negotiations. A Trammell Crow source tells GlobeSt.com that General Dynamics is heading into space formerly occupied by Motorola.
The metro Phoenix industrial market has 227 million sf. The overall vacancy is 9.4%, according to first quarter statistics. Average rent for the Phoenix MSA is 55 cents per sf.
