Regus was represented by Volney Campbell and Erin Morales, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc., and Ted Mueller of Regus.
Allied Waste Management, based in Scottsdale, AZ, moved a regional office to Austin from Denver, taking 4,000 sf at Regus' One Congress Plaza. Jeff Lovaas and Mike Buls from Buls-Hodge Consulting represented Allied Waste.
Two law firms also took space at Regus' One Congress Plaza facility. The El Paso law firm of Delgado, Acosta, Braden, Jones and Hayes was represented by Bill Anderson of Office Leasing Advisors in its deal. The Dallas-based firm of Gardere, Wynn, Sewell, a Dallas law firm, signed for a spot in the CBD center while waiting for finish out to be completed on its permanent Austin offices.
At Plaza 7000, HNC Software, based in San Diego, has leased a team suite for nine workers. HNC recently bought a division of Austin-based Pavilion Inc., which develops software for industrial users.
First Citizens Bank of Raleigh, NC, is using space at Plaza 7000 while it sets up its operations in Austin. Rick Whiteley of Colliers International acted on behalf of First Citizens.
MI-CG Publishing, based on London, and International Display Technology have taken several individual offices as well as larger team areas in one- to two-year contracts. Derek Lewis of Hill Partners represented MI-CG.
