The 22-year-old garden-style office building contains 19,340 sf. Current occupancy is 83%. Quoted rents range from $12 per sf to $14 per sf.
Practical Consulting is taking 1,200 sf while Taylors International has signed a deal for 975 sf. J&H Enterprises will get the keys to 1,075 sf.
In Houston's Galleria submarket, MWH Americas Inc. renewed a 14,334-sf office lease at 5100 Westheimer Rd. McAlpine worked with Victor Gonzales of CORE Partners in Denver to represent the tenant. Joe Evan of Evtex handled talks for the building owner, WOCO Investment Corp. Built in 1973, 5100 Westheimer Rd. is a 113,000-sf office building.
