Denton replaces Brad Taylor, who relocated to take over the Texas region as regional senior vice president and managing partner, following the company's divisional reorganization.

"Brett Denton's 13 years of industry experience have allowed him to excel at various positions within JPI," says Tim McEntee, co-divisional president for JPI's Western Division.

Denton received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1992, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council. He has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, including previous positions with Trammell Crow Company and Milburn Homes.

JPI is one of the nation's largest luxury apartment companies, providing acquisition, development, construction, property management, asset management, leasing and disposition services for multifamily and student living communities nationwide.
