The Northern Trust Tower is a 13-year-old, 289,745-sf mid-rise office building in the prestigious Camelback Corridor. Fred Darche of the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates Arizona represented the property owner, East Camelback Road Inc. of Phoenix.

The office building currently is 83% occupied. It has floor plates averaging 26,100 sf and a quoted rate of $27 per sf.

The Phoenix-based consulting group is vacating about 3,750 sf. It uses the premier office space for its general offices. Peter Nieman and Phil Breidenbach, both of the Phoenix office of Colliers International, represented the tenants.
