PRG Schultz agreed a 15-year lease at a rent equating to £18.25 ($28) per sf subject to a break option at the end of the fifth year. The ground floor of the building was let earlier to Jigsaw Day Nurseries.
PRG Schultz will join other major UK companies including BAe, Interbrew, Astra Zeneca and Corporate Services Group at Capability Green. PRG' s Finance Director, Mathew Seal said: "We selected 950 Capability Green for our new European Headquarters because the business park provides a corporate image as well as outstanding road, rail and air communication for our staff and clients."
