Mark Crimson and Jeff Hulseweh, both of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenants in the lease. Brian Raczynski of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis represented the building owner, Koll Bren Fund V LP of Newport Beach, CA.

The Scottsdale Financial Center is a 105,536-sf, class A office building. It was built in 1983 and renovated in 1994. The 65%-occupied three-story complex has a quoted rate of $21.50 per sf.
