ChainLinks Elects Kushner as Chairman

VIENNA, VA-Retail-only real estate services provider ChainLinks Retail Advisors Inc. elects Jon Kushner of Conshohocken, PA's Fameco Real Estate Corp./ChainLinks to be its new chairman. He replaces Dan Gardiner of Phoenix Commercial Advisors/ChainLinks, who was elected to the position last year.

Kushner is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. The position of chair changes annually, and Dan Gardiner of Phoenix Commercial Advisors/ChainLinks most recently held the title. In addition to voting Kushner into the position of chairman, ChainLinks shareholders also appointed one-time chair Mickey Ashmore and Don Moser as board directors.
