Phase II of the Greenlawn Crossing Shopping Center opens next month at FM 1325 and Greenlawn Boulevard in Round Rock. Tenants in the 26,500-sf project include Kentucky Fried Chicken and A&W in a co-brand format; Rob Roup, a dentist; Saigon Grill; AA Nail Salon; and the Atlanta Bread Co. Phase I's tenants include the anchor, an H-E-B grocery store, Blockbuster Video, Starbucks and Quizno's.
The other two developments, both in the southwest submarket, are to open in the fall.Sunset Valley Meadowview's first phase is an 86,584-sf Kohl's department store. It is the Menomonee Falls, WI-based Kohl's fourth Austin-area store and its first outside the area's northern tier.
Also opening in the fall is the 86,223-sf Shady Hollow Village Shopping Center. Phase I has a 67,345-sf Randall's grocery store surrounded by 18,878 sf of retail space. The tenant lineup includes Seattle's Best Coffee, Firecracker Cafe, dentist Michael Flury, Reid's Cleaners, Post Net, Pro Nails, TGF Haircutters and Twin Liquors. Jack in the Box and University Credit Union will occupy pad sites.
