MHL Computer Inc., which sells and repairs computers, is taking 7,316 sf in the Beltway Service Center along Harwin Road. Its space is part of a 76,920-sf building at 10515 Harwin Rd.

Watermark Restoration Ltd., a restoration and remediation firm, leased 3,703 sf of office/warehouse space in a 40,726-sf design at the Beltway Service Center situated at 5803 Sovereign Rd.

Walter Menuet of Vantage Houston Inc. was the in-house representative for the building owner, Vantage Houston Inc. Vantage is the agent for Halawa View Apartments, a Hawaii general partnership. Both tenants bargained on their own behalf.

The southwest submarket has 38 million sf of industrial product, according to CB Richard Ellis Inc. Its vacancy was riding at 11% at the Q1 close.
