Wik said at the ribbon-cutting ceremonycelebrating the center's opening. "This project is a great exampleof how we are working to diversify Delaware's industry base anddirect economic growth to targeted areas." Winterthur's office andwarehouse structure at 801 East Sixth Street joins powertransmission developer Philadelphia Gear Corporation in thebusiness park, which is currently being redeveloped to accommodate1.1 million sf of building space by 2007.
