Bob Kling with Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona tells GlobeSt.com that the space will be particularly attractive to entrepreneurs because they can store planes as well as run their businesses out of the buildings. Kling brokered the deal for the seller, Seattle-based Huckleberry Trust. Randy Shell of Phoenix's B-H Enterprises represented Dig Group.

Kling says Huckleberry purchased the property in 1994 in a package deal of varied product type. Kling speculates the Trust may at one time have had plans for the parcel, but has since decided to pull out of the Phoenix area. According to Kling, the Dig Group is run by an entrepreneur who buys, trades and sometimes develops smaller buildings and parcels.
