Page Southerland Page, an architectural firm, signed anexpansion agreement for 5,010 sf on the seventh floor. Theexpansion brings the firm's total presence in the building to21,000 sf. David Price of Houston's Strategis Cresa represented thetenant in the lease.

Chicago-based Walton Street Capital is the building owner.Walton Street Capital owns two other Galleria office buildings.Kenneth Wise of the Houston office of Jones Lang LaSallerepresented the building owner in the trio of leases. Wise tellsGlobeSt.com that the building's lease rates are ranging from $21per sf to $23 per sf.

Investment banking firm, Debellas & Co. will occupy 4,906sf, also on the seventh floor. Tami Pearson with the Houston officeof Moody Rambin Interests spoke for the tenant during leasetalks.

The third in the stack is a 2,250-sf pact for RePipe. It willoccupy a fourth-floor office. The firm used an in-house exec toseal the deal.
