The inbound tenant will occupy about 60% of the building, owned by Phoenix-based Hewson Development Corp. The products manufacturer and distributor also leases about 39,000 sf in two buildings along Tempe's West Geneva Drive.

Dave Carder of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Mike Haenel and Andy Markham, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office, and Jason Meszaros of Hewson Development handled negotiations for the owner of record, GH Warner LLC.

The Warner Road Business Park contains 106,222 sf of distribution space. It is part of a 10-million-sf portfolio that contains 60 buildings, in California, Arizona, Tennessee, Mississippi and Utah.
