Bill Blake with the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates tells GlobeSt.com the leased space is in a 66,280-sf office building that was entirely occupied by Scottsdale-based Cyclone Commercial. Cyclone decided to sublease its expansion space, says Blake, allowing Bell Automotive to occupy the other half of the building.

Blake says Bell Automotive will move in this week. The lease is for three years and is valued in excess of $1.5 million. Blake was joined by fellow Lee & Associates broker, R. Craig Coppola in representing Cyclone in the sublease agreement. The two-year-old, class A, back office building is owned by Arizona-based Hewson Development.

Bryan Taute and Brad Anderson of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis represented Bell Automotive. Bell produces consumer automotive products, according to Blake. Cyclone is a software company that provides web-based collaborative community management solutions to corporations.
