Two speculative high bay distribution buildings are being developed by Blackbrook and being funded by clients of Bilsdale Properties. They are on the market with joint agents King Sturge and Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.
Construction has already commenced. One building totals 114,000 sf and the other 170,000 sf. They are designed with space for expansion to a further 190,000 sf. Practical completion due by the end of the year. The site also offers the unique ability to deliver a single distribution building in the order of 650,000 sf
