The firm already has a presence in Dallas.
Klein represented both North American Terminal and the building owner, ZAP Enterprise LLC of Humble, TX in the deal. He says North American Terminal is leasing the entire freestanding building. The company moved into half of the space July 5, notes Klein, and completes the move today.
Klein says the building made perfect sense for North American Terminal because of its proximity to the firm's new client.
The late 1970's circa building was formerly a manufacturing facility for drill bits. Klein says it was on the market for sale for more than a year before North American signed a lease at the property. Klein says he was able to negotiate one of the "best rental rates in that area." Klein did not, however, release the actual terms of the deal.
