Digimarc was the winning bidder for the local division of Polaroid's ID Division and with this purchase, it becomes the largest supplier of state identification cards and licenses. This division was previously located in Bedford, MA.
The building was renovated in 1988 and is part of the Northwest Office Park, a 1.4 million sf, 160-acre complex. It is located at the junction of Route 3, Route 128 and the Middlesex Turnpike. Current tenants in the Park include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Learningsmith, Sabre Group, ZOLL Medical, Unisys Corporation and Lernout & Hauspie. The Park was developed and is currently managed by Nordblom Management Company, a subsidiary of Nordblom Company.
