The new location at 1010 Lamar is in a 19-story, 264,885-sf office tower between Main and Fannin streets. The 87%-leased building is owned by Koll Bren Schrieber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio. Space at 1010 Lamar leases for an average of $18 per sf; however, terms of the lease were not disclosed.
John Spafford of Houston's PM Realty Group represented Koll Bren Schreiber in this and all of their Houston portfolio dealings. Koll Bren Schreiber owns 5.2 million sf in 50 office, retail and office/warehouse properties in Houston.
Guajardo & Magbag Chiropractic, Inc. PC has also signed an unrelated retail lease for 2,560 sf at Gessner Square at 8420 S. Gessner Rd. in Houston. Shawn Ackerman and Mike Maroney with the Houston office of Henry S. Miller represented the landlord, KNA Partners.
Jason Wassaff of Houston's Wilson, Wasaff Group, Inc. represented the chiropractors in the deal.
