Bruce Baja brokered the lease at 23614 Michigan Ave. on behalf of Comcast Cable. Rick Birdsall represented both seller H.R. Krueger and purchaser Recreational Leisure in the sale of 35601 Grand River. Recreational Leisure is a vehicle, parts and clothing retailer.

A sales price was not available.

Signature, with offices in Southfield, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, MI and Toledo, OH had transactions totaling more than 19 million sf in 2001.
