H. Scott Gallaway, senior managing director and Cortney R. Cole, associate of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Houston office arranged the three-year, adjustable-rate loan.

The complex offers a fitness center, pool, clubhouse with game room, cinema room with stadium seating, covered parking, private access gates and access to public transportation.
