Mike Sayre of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, PFG Dunlap, LLC and Petula Dunlap, LLC of Delaware. Koll Business Center is a 67,012-sf, three-story office building.
In an unrelated lease, RBK Development has leased 2,073 sf at Northern Corporate Center at 1600 E. Northern Ave. in Phoenix. Tom Boyle and Marc Pierce of the Phoenix office of Lee & Associates Arizona represented the tenant. Jeff Wentworth of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Northern Corporate Center LLC.
