Prairie Supply Inc., which distributes mylar balloons and other similar products, is taking 10,979 sf in the Beltway Service Center along Harwin Road. Its space is part of a 76,920-sf building at 10515 Harwin Rd. Joel Michael of Houston's Moody Rambin represented Prairie Supply in the lease.
Walter Menuet of Vantage Houston Inc. was the in-house representative for the building owner, Vantage Houston Inc. Vantage is the agent for Halawa View Apartments, a Hawaii general partnership.
