With the expansion, Chief Oil & Gas will occupy the entire sixth floor of in the Bank One of Preston Commons at 8111 Preston Road in North Dallas.
Bill McClung, senior director in the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, negotiated the lease for Chief Oil & Gas. Michael Dudley represented the owner, Equity Office.
The prepared statement from Cushman & Wakefield didn't disclose the total amount of space leased, terms of the deal or the average quoted rent.
