Syllar Enterprises is a wholesale distributor of RV parts. The firm acquired a 19,041-sf industrial flex building situated on 1.1 acres at 3631 E. LaSalle Ave. Syllar purchased the property for approximately $1.2 million. The company plans to relocate ten people from their former west Phoenix headquarters into the new facility. The building has 2,200-sf of office space.
Syllar plans to move into the property this month. Kurt Saulnier and David Wilson of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, the Maddox Family Trust of Monrovia, Calif. Steve Bodeman also of DAUM represented Syllar.
Kwik Products has purchased a 17,615-sf office-warehouse situated on .82 acres at 4801 S. 35th St. The concrete-block building has 2,000-sf of office space with 18-foot clear heights in the warehouse. Kwik Products paid $1 million for the property.
Kwik Products is a manufacturer of trimmer heads for weed whackers. The firm distributes its products to home improvement stores like Home Depot. Kwik Products plans to house 15 people in the property. Kurt Saulnier of DAUM represented Kwik Products.
