The 75,786 sf building is being developed at 5520 W. MaricopaSt. It is scheduled for completion in November 2002. The facilitywill have 30-foot clear heights. Renaissance Co. is the generalcontractor.
Tratt Industrial is currently working on three other similarindustrial projects leased to users such as Western PaperDistributors and Packaging Innovators Inc., Copenhagen Imports Inc.and Popular Stores Inc. These projects total 309,000 sf.
Based in Danbury, Conn., Ethan Allen is one of the top tenfurniture makers in the United States. For this lease, the firm wasrepresented by Pat Takash of PT Property Services Inc. and Ken MacClellan of Mac Clellan Real Estate. Jonathan Tratt was the in-houserepresentative for Tratt Industrial in the lease negotiations.
