The 75,786 sf building is being developed at 5520 W. Maricopa St. It is scheduled for completion in November 2002. The facility will have 30-foot clear heights. Renaissance Co. is the general contractor.
Tratt Industrial is currently working on three other similar industrial projects leased to users such as Western Paper Distributors and Packaging Innovators Inc., Copenhagen Imports Inc. and Popular Stores Inc. These projects total 309,000 sf.
Based in Danbury, Conn., Ethan Allen is one of the top ten furniture makers in the United States. For this lease, the firm was represented by Pat Takash of PT Property Services Inc. and Ken Mac Clellan of Mac Clellan Real Estate. Jonathan Tratt was the in-house representative for Tratt Industrial in the lease negotiations.
