Homewood chose Miami-based Cardel Hospitality Group LLC to manage the property, two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean along the Intracoastal Waterway at 18100 North Bay Road in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, eight miles north of Downtown Miami.
Terms of the management contract weren't disclosed in a prepared statement from Homewood Suites.
Converted prior to the construction phase at an undisclosed cost, the hotel will appear and operate as a traditional Homewood Suites by Hilton asset. Homewood has 100 hotels in its operating portfolio.
