RICHMOND, VA-Wella Manufacturing of Virginia Inc., the manufacturing and distribution center of Woodland Hills, CA hair product developer The Wella Corp., commits to a 158,700-sf building in the 12-structure, 2.1 million-sf Fairgrounds Distribution Center.

Located at 4447-4491 Carolina Ave., the single-story warehouse was built in 1987. The property includes an outdoor parking lot that accommodates up to 85 vehicles. The park itself, which is located in the heart of the city's transportation hub, offers 2.1million sf of space among 12 structures. Wella's new space is an addition to its home on a 25-acre site at 4650 Oakley's Lane, where the company has employed approximately 250 workers since 1990.
