Located in the I-270 corridor, the park is surrounded by federal agencies and counts the US Government as one of its largest tenants. Other occupants among the park's nine office buildings and eight flex-space structures include IBM, Lockheed Martin and Hughes Network Systems. Space in the various single-story structures leases for about $24.50 to $26.50-per-sf.
